RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • - ANTITHESIS must be notified within 14 days from shipment delivery/in-store purchase date in order to initiate the return/exchange process.
  • - Merchandise must be unworn with all tags attached.
  • - Return/exchange shipping costs from customer to ANTITHESIS (1 Rivington St, New York, NY 10002) are to be paid by the customer.
  • Email ANTITHESIS prior to shipping returns/exchanges, wherein the return/exchange process can be initiated.
  • - Store credit only for all returns (with the exception of sale by ANTITHESIS of factory-defective and/or mis-shipped/incorrectly fulfilled product, wherein the refund process will be initiated if no exchange is possible). Store credit does not expire.
  • - In the case of a sale by ANTITHESIS of factory-defective and/or mis-shipped/incorrectly fulfilled product AND no exchange is possible, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • - No restocking fee.
