Returns
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- - ANTITHESIS must be notified within 14 days from shipment delivery/in-store purchase date in order to initiate the return/exchange process.
- - Merchandise must be unworn with all tags attached.
- - Return shipping costs from customer to ANTITHESIS (1 Rivington St, New York, NY 10002) are to be paid by the customer. In the case of an exchange, ANTITHESIS will cover shipping costs for exchanged product to customer.
- - Email ANTITHESIS prior to shipping returns/exchanges, wherein the return/exchange process can be initiated.
- - Store credit only for all returns (with the exception of sale by ANTITHESIS of factory-defective and/or mis-shipped/incorrectly fulfilled product, wherein the refund process will be initiated if no exchange is possible). Store credit does not expire.
- - In the case of a sale by ANTITHESIS of factory-defective and/or mis-shipped/incorrectly fulfilled product AND no exchange is possible, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
- - No restocking fee.
