J23-E evolves the Acronym Vehicular* concept to work with machines that are open air (cabriolet) and human powered (bicycle). The J23 hood features a 3D ridge that keeps its lower (collar) portion upright and laterally stable independent of the front zipper being closed. This folds the hood in half when not being worn - keeping it’s volume low, close, and stable at speed. It maintains this stability even when the front zipper is open for venting.
The asymmetrically curved driver | rider position EscapeZip allows one to doff the jacket when wearing either a seatbelt or a messenger bag.
