Neal Santos is the founder of TEAMWORKS.

He began his career at Fat Beats during the rise of underground hip-hop and later worked at Supreme during its early years on Lafayette Street. He would later travel internationally as a buyer for NORT, building relationships and sourcing products in cities including Amsterdam and Tokyo.

Two simple ideas guide TEAMWORKS:
